Last Amendment Date: April 1, 2025
Lambda respects the intellectual property of others, and we expect all users of the Lambda Services to do the same. Allegedly infringing materials on the site may be removed or suspended at any time. Repeated infringement by a User may, in appropriate circumstances, result in a termination of that User’s access to and use of Lambda’s Services.
If you believe that any of your work has been copied or published or has otherwise been used in connection with the Lambda in a way that constitutes copyright infringement or is otherwise an infringement of your intellectual property rights, please provide Lambda’s designated agent for notice of claims of copyright or other intellectual property infringement (the “Copyright Agent”) with the following information:
Lambda’s Copyright Agent for notice of claims of copyright or other intellectual property infringement can be reached as follows:
Copyright AgentIf you elect to send us a counter notification (i.e. in the event we have taken down or disabled access to material that you have contributed to the Site in response to a notice of its infringement), to be effective it must be a written communication provided to our Copyright Agent that includes substantially the following:
Such Counter-Notification should be sent to NowPublic's Copyright Agent as follows:
Copyright AgentTo report alleged copyright or other intellectual property infringement, send the Copyright Agent a written notice identifying the protected work and the material in question. Include enough detail about the material’s location on the site for it to be found.
The notice must also include your contact information, an authorized electronic or physical signature, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury confirming the information is accurate and that you own the rights or are authorized to act for the owner.
If material you contributed was removed or disabled following an infringement notice, you may submit a written counter-notification to the Copyright Agent. Identify the removed material and where it appeared before removal, and explain under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed because of a mistake or misidentification.
