FAQ

Pricing questions, answered.

How is Kano Store priced?

Kano Store has two parts: a one-time implementation fee to set up your store, and an annual subscription priced in tiers based on your number of annual active users. Any migration or integration work is scoped into the same proposal, so there are no surprises later.

Do you publish prices?

No. Two stores rarely look alike, so we quote each one. Book a 15-minute call, tell us how you sell, and we will send a written proposal.

What happens after I book a demo?

We walk through how you sell today, show you Kano working on Moodle or Totara, and agree what the store needs to do. Then we send a proposal.

Does it work with Moodle and Totara?

Yes. Kano Store works with both. We confirm the versions you run on the call.

Can I start small and grow?

Yes. Your subscription moves up a tier as your active users grow. Many stores start with card payments and a single storefront, then add organization buying, more currencies or languages, and Zoola reporting.

Which payment processors can I use?

Stripe, Moneris, PayPal and Braintree. Your processor charges its own transaction fees.

How long does setup take?

Most stores go live in 6 to 12 weeks. More storefronts, organization buying, integrations or a migration move it towards the longer end.

Is my data secure?

Kano Store is hosted by Lambda Learning, which is SOC 2 Type II certified.
